She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. She defended in English her Master’s thesis entitled “Interpretation of Statements and Conduct under the CISG. “Interpretation of Statements and Conduct under the CISG. During her studies she represented the University of Silesia in the XXII edition of one of the most prestigious law competitions in the world Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot Competition in Vienna. Moreover, she took the third place together with her team in the VII International Warsaw Arbitration Tournament. She participated in numerous scientific conferences.

After graduation, she passed the exam to become an attorney trainee, after which she started training at the Regional Council of Attorneys in Częstochowa. She has gained professional experience in law firms in Czestochowa and Katowice.

Currently she is also a scholarship holder of international program “PEPP – Programme in European Private Law for Postgraduates” dealing with Europeanization of private law and a doctoral student at the Chair of Civil Law and International Private Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. Her scientific interests include international aspects of family law.

In the Law Office of Monika Wypych, advocate, she specializes in family and guardianship law, with particular emphasis on divorce, alimony and broadly understood assistance to minors.
