Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. She defended her thesis on civil law under the supervision of prof. Jacek Górecki.

After graduation she served her legal training at the Regional Council of Attorneys in Częstochowa. During her legal training she cooperated with advocates’ offices in Częstochowa where she dealt with widely understood civil law, criminal law and economic law, representing Clients before common courts and administrative authorities.

In the Law Office of Monika Wypych, advocate, she specializes in civil law, family and guardianship law (with particular emphasis on divorce issues) and commercial law.
